Your teacher

David Marland

David is a qualified mathematics teacher with 16 years of teaching experience. He holds an MSc in Mathematics from the University of Chester and a PGCE in Secondary School Mathematics.

Across his teaching career, David has worked with a wide range of international curricula, including A-Level, AP, International Foundation Year, British Columbia and World School Program courses. In the UK, he has taught KS3 and GCSE Mathematics, supported A-Level Accounting students and prepared students for UK Mathematics Trust challenges.

His approach is to make the mathematical ideas clear, give students time to practise and offer regular feedback so they know what to work on next.
